60m attic. With two bedrooms and a bathroom. 40 m of terrace, in central and very quiet area of Arrecife. It is fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels included, with weekly change. It also has a washing machine and iron. It is 5 minutes walk from the bus station, where there are connections with all the towns of the island, and 10 minutes from the city beach and the commercial area.

Kurze aber präzise Informationen vorab, Empfang und Rückgabe absolut zuverlässig, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert, alles hat gepasst. Dank an Blas, für Fragen und Wünsche war er immer erreichbar. Ruhiges Wohnviertel in relativ zentraler Lage, nur etwas hellhörig zu Nachbarwohnung. Einzige Kritik: Matratzen für Einzelbetten viel zu weich. Aber kein Problem, da zwei Schlafzimmer, haben wir einfach umgeräumt...

Alles tip top, sehr sauber, perfekte Lage, mitten in der Stadt, alles in der Nähe, Restaurants, einkaufen, Bars und doch sehr ruhig. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit Blas, alles Bestens. Während meinem Aufenthalt wurde allerdings die Wohnung nebenan umgebaut was hin und wieder störenden Lärm verursachte (von 9.00 bis 14.00)

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es gab sogar Fön, Shampoo, Reinigungsmittel in der Küche und eine Waschmaschine auf dem 2. Balkon. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter super nett, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir waren nur zu zweit und da wir auf den für uns zu weichen Matratzen im Doppelbett nicht gut geschlafen haben, konnten wir die Betten problemlos tauschen. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
