Central apartment in Arrecife - 1 or 2 bedrooms

Необычная квартира с двумя спальнями. Места для семьи хватает. Два санузла. В кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. В гостинной есть диван, кресла, телевизор. Расположение квартиры давольно удобное - рядом Меркадонна, большой торговый центр, вокзал, и до океана 10 минут пешком!

Очень тонкие стены - слышно соседей со всех сторон! Квартира размещена прямо над вьездом в паркинг, поэтому слышно как открывается дверь и вьезжают/выезжают машины! В спальнях нету окон! В одной из спален нету двери. Нету электрочайника на кухне. Окна в квартире только в коридоре, причем некоторые окна не закрываются на замок, поэтому роллеты лучше не поднимать, когда уходите. На лестничной клетке постоянно накурено! В квартире нету ни батарей, ни кондиционера, что создает высокую влажность в квартире зимой! Зимой в квартире очень прохладно.

It was quite spacious with a good sized sitting room and bedrooms. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped.

The location was disappointing, no nearby bars, no decent views, nowhere to sit outside. The kitchen lacked basic equipment; kettle, sink plug, spatula for the frying pan, handle for the oven tray. The windows didn’t lock shut so the blinds had to stay down at night or whilst I was out.

Central Apartment is located in a small side road with nearly zero traffic at night. The flat is spacious with a well equipped kitchen including a washing machine. Beds are comfortable and the shower is great though bathroom is a bit too small. Everything was very clean. It's a 5 minute walk to the Open Mall with shops, cafes and restaurants. And a 10 minute stroll to the main bus station, Éstacion de Guaguas, with connections to all major points allover the island. Manager Christian is very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Thomas

Logement spacieux pour venir en famille..

Très bruyant avec le garage collectif juste en dessous de l'appartement et des locataires de l'immeuble qui entrent et sortent à toutes heures et c'est bien normal... Les locataires du dessus très bruyants également toute la nuit ... très mal insonorisé... Difficile de se garer proche du logement..
