Lo mejor es la comodidad de un piso para ti sólo.
Hay algunos síntomas de dejadez, el ventanal del salón no tiene cortina, la bañera funcionan mal los grifos, los suelos estaban mal fregados, la lavadora tiene mal olor y la ausencia de aire acondicionado como mínimo el la habitación te hace tener que abrir los balcones si quieres dormir frescos con la consiguiente consecuencia del ruido de la calle. Tampoco estaría de más que se especificara que es un 1er piso sin ascensor.

Espacioso, limpio, cocina bien equipada, salón grande, dormitorio con vestidor. Cerca de Mercadona. Se puede aparcar sin problema. Cerca del aeropuerto

Very close to a large shopping center. Very large house with plenty of space. Calm location.
This must have been quite a luxury house in the 1990s, but it's somewhat neglected now. Shower door opens on its own so you leave a flood on the floor. Window in one of the bedrooms opens whenever it's windy outside. For a very small investment kitchen could be improved a lot - get a set of wine glasses from Ikea, a wooden spatula and a pan that is not a complete disaster. Some people actually want to cook while on vacation.
