About this apartment rental

Brand new and modernised elevated frontline spacious modern and luxurious 3 bed penthouse (sleeps 8) with massive outdoor terrace for al fresco dining with sunbeds, 8 seater covered dining area and a further sofa area with spectacular sea and golf course views and all day round sun. There is direct access to the enclosed children friendly communal gardens via the lift and 2 large pools, one adult, one childrens (with a further 7 communal pools in the complex) with sunbeds and umbrellas. Underground parking with lift straight to apartment door and 24hr security entrance. Puerto de la Duquesa is a pretty cosmopolitan marina which stands between 2 blue flag beaches situated between Gibraltar and Marbella with Malaga only 45 minutes away by car. The marina itself has numerous bars and restaurants with a wide choice of international cuisine. Bordering Duquesa is the larger resort of Sabinilla's, which has a very Spanish feel and where you can sample tapas in one of it's many Spanish restaurants or bars along the promenade or simply soak up the sun on the golden sandy beaches, that run as far as the eye can see. For the golfers among you, you will find several award winning golf courses within easy driving distance of the complex, the Duquesa Golf complex being the nearest which is just 2 minutes away.

12 nights in a stunning penthouse. Everything you could want is provided. Attention to detail is first class. Only 10 minute walk to marina. Sun and shade on the balcony so caters for everyone.

We've rented a few apartments over the past few years in the Duquesa/Manilva area and this tops them all. What an absolutely stunning apartment, beautifully equipped, everything you'd need for the perfect vacation, clean, tidy and an amazing outdoor terrace with beautiful views, lovely in the morning to watch the sun appear out of the sea. The host, Amanda was equally amazing, very attentive and ensured we were happy at all times. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in this area you won't beat this place. 10-15min walk down the hill to the port at Duquesa and also Sabinillas and a cheap taxi ride back up if you don't fancy the walk after a couple of wines!! (Just over €8 in Sept 24).

This penthouse was excellent for our party of 8 to visit family in Spain. Ideal location for our many day trips out, quick walk to one of our favourite beaches and town in Sabinillas. Short walk down the hill to the bars and restaurants at Port of La Duquesa. The property had every amenity, eating out on the terrace with the views was a particular highlight. The pool with such easy access for the numerous sunbeds a big hit with all of us, there was so much attention to detail to make sure you never needed anything in the apartment which was so spacious for all of us. The parking in the garage for our 2 cars and easy access with the lift straight to the apartment was brilliant. Amanda was so very helpful with any questions and answered straightaway making the holiday so easy. This apartment was an absolute gem of a find and really made our family holiday very special. Would highly recommend and we all would love to return in the future. Thank you Amanda.

Lovely property. Spacious and with great outdoor living space with views over the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed the month we spent there this summer! Fantastic spacious penthouse apartment which was excellent for our family of 5. Great pool area which was very clean and sun beds always available. The apartments large outside terrace area was great for dining and a really nice place to read and relax. Communication with Amanda was easy with very quick responses to any questions you may have. The marina area was a 15/20 minutes walk and offered plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended. Justice Family, York

A stunning penthouse with breathtaking views. The property has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Tastefully decorated with many nice touches. We had one or two minor difficulties which Mandy dealt with promptly. Maybe an instruction booklet for air conditioning would be helpful. Overall an excellent property and a very accommodating host.

A wonderful experience

We have just returned from an extended stay (5 weeks) in Mandy's lovely condo and I write this positive review with no reservation whatsoever. The unit is spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and clean - just as the pictures show. Yes, there were a couple of minor problems, as there would be in my own home, but Amanda was totally on top of things and they were quickly addressed. The development is perfectly situated for exploring all that Andalucia has to offer - beaches, mountains, cities, towns, and the beautiful "white villages". There were a number of good restaurants within walking distance (as long as you don't mind the steep climb coming home!). Two in particular stand out - Il Capitano and Victor's, both in the Port of Duguesa. We had an amazing time on our vacation, much of it due to the beautiful accommodation and Amanda's thoughtful expertise. Thanks, Mandy. We hope to be back soon.

We decided to book here after reading all the 5* reviews. We were not disappointed. It is fabulous - with great pools and amazing views down to the sea. The marina itself has a huge range of restaurants and bars and there are also lots of restaurants along the beach-front. It is a 15 min walk to and from the marina (up hill on the way back). We hired a car just to go to Bahia Water Park which is worth a visit otherwise we just stayed local. We hope to be back next year!

This property had everything we needed for the whole week. Even down to a roll of sellotape to wrap my daughters birthday present. It had a beautiful sea view. The location was within walking distance of the beach, supermarket and the port. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. I would definitely return to this property in the future.

Our stay in this spacious penthouse was amazing. The extremely large terrace is well equipped and the sea views are spectacular. The penthouse itself is fitted out with all the modern appliances and decorated to an extremely high standard. With the pool close by, we didnt want for anything more. Amazing views, and stunning apartment few minute walk from the apartment to the port with lots of wonderful restaurants and friendly faces, plus side has own indoor private parking spaces, lift to the apartment which comes very handy as it being on the top floor, the apartment bright and wonderfully modern and spacious and clean fresh feeling, comfy king size bed. When we arrived, we were stunned by the tasteful décor and spaciousness of the penthouse. The views are stunning. All set in lovely, beautifully kept gardens with 2 easily accessed pools. The port and beach are only 10 min. walk away with lots of very good restaurants and night life - something for everyone Every need was catered for, even washing machine, and tumble dryer and outdoor barbeque on the enormous terrace with 2 comfortable seating areas. Cannot fault this penthouse - going to book again for next year!

El apartamento era maravilloso. Lo mejor la terraza. Hemos hecho vida en ella. A pesar del covid, los niños han disfrutado mucho de la piscina. Amanda tiene de todo en el apartamento, gran cantidad de menaje de cocina, toallas etc. Por lo que no tienes q preocuparte por este tema. La verdad hemos estado muy agusto. Por el apartamento repetiría sin duda , la playa por desgracia no me ha gustado mucho.
