About this villa rental
Superb contemporary villa (2018) with an unobstructed view (360°) over the Mediterranean, (fine sandy beaches), Gibraltar, Sotogrande and the Sierra Nevada (skiing).
The villa is located in a secure neighbourhood, on a hill characterised by the atypical rocks of this region.
Intimacy thanks to the enormous terrace with a large outdoor table (10 seats), located on the mountain side with an exceptional view of the sea.
Beautiful heated swimming pool up to 27°, or more, in winter. Water cooling system available for summer.
And below, a 16m2 covered BBQ lounge.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds (1x 160m, 2x180m) and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds.
The ground floor room with bathroom has direct access to the outside.
The master bedroom has its walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with a view overlooking the African coastline.
2 Flatscreens (living room and master bedroom) with internet. Air conditioning in all adaptable rooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer and all extra modern equipment.
Netflix account available for tenants.

Zap send info to the property in advance which makes access easy. Everything was very clean. Nice welcome pack. Very smooth
Just to check internet connection to TV in bedroom which i think needs fixing. Everything else is perfect

We were going back to Spain again for another October half term holiday. This place was great. Clean, big enough for all kids to have space and the pool was heated which was nice for October time. Would go again.

New pillows they are too thick and hard.

Check in was tedious having to go to pick a key up from an office and expected to drop the key off again when leaving the villa at 2am. For the money you are paying you should at least have someone to meet you at the villa or some sort of key safe.
Cleanliness wasn’t acceptable - Reported to property manager on day 1. Nothing done about it.
No change in towels or bed linen mid stay. Was told you have a washing machine in the villa.
Shower flooded in main bathroom. The solution we were given was some extra towels to mop it up and told “these things happen”
No parasol provided. Not ideal when it’s 30 degrees!
Only cups in kitchen were children's with cartoon characters on. Not very professional for 4 adults.
Sink leaked - property manager informed. Nothing done about it.
Took over 2 weeks to get the security deposit back. Had to chase for it.
