About this apartment rental

Four bedroom, three bathroom penthouse apartment with a huge terrace, plenty of sun and views to the community pool and the sea. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large, bright lounge with 2 sets of patio doors leading to the large terrace with plenty of seating options.

Located in the prestigious Los Granados de la Duquesa complex. This beachfront complex has a large lagoon style swimming pool set in spacious grounds. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.

Communal facilities are subject to availability.

The views were amazing and would return for those . Terrace and showers need looking at and a bit of updating, and maybe provide a clean mid way through our stay .

Spacious apartment, well equiped although some things were dated. great position with all in walking distance. All Gate keepers were very friendly and helpful to organise taxis. (Hot) water system rather poor as the length it takes to dispense hot water is minutes. given the waste of water in current water shortage situation it is unsatisfactory. No deck chairs available.

On entering 1631 you are blown away by the view from the terrace. After rating a few days you notice a few things the terrace has loose tiles and needs regrouting. In general accommodation is nice but a little tired in places. You cannot complain regarding facilities inside apartment We would stay again. Terrace floor remove hot tub or re furbish. Better pillows small thing but effects sleep

La casa y en general la urbanización tiene problemas con el sistema eléctrico. Al llegar la tv no funcionaba, la cama no tenía colchas/mantas...llamamos al teléfono de la agencia que gestiona esta propiedad pero no trabajan los findes (a pesar de que ofrecen teléfono asistencia 24h). Lo peor vino después, falló la electricidad, nos quedamos sin caldera (sin agua caliente), sin calefacción y sin luz y con la comida del congelador estropeada. Cuando volvimos a contactar con la agencia -que por cierto está gestionada por ingleses que no hablan español- nos dijeron que Andalucía era como Marruecos, que no podíamos esperar gran cosa, que no nos tenían que indemnizar por nada y que como favor nos ofrecían dos apartamentos en la misma urbanización...nos mudamos 3 días después, pero estos apartamentos no tenían utensilios de cocina, en uno no funcionaba la tv.....en fin...vacaciones arruinadas. Hemos puesto una reclamación formal en el ayuntamiento. En resumen, casa espectacular pero ni loca la recomendaría.

The appartment, the view, the friendlyness of the people who work for Duquesa Estates. The guards at the gate. We enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the view from the appartment at any time of the day. Beautiful.

Magnífica terraza, en esquina, con amplias vistas preciosas. Habitaciones muy amplias y muy bien decoradas. Vajilla, cubertería, utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos completísimos Solo un comentario menor: habría que regular la caldera (agua demasiado caliente).
