New listing for 2023, 4 bedroom townhouse located in the beachfront complex of La Borboleta. The house is south facing and has it's own wifi connection, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and is fully air conditioned. There's a private southwest facing garden with a large outside sofa, table and chairs. The communal swimming pool is right in front of the garden and thre is private access to the beach just a couple of minutes walking distance.
There is a private parking space outside the house and additional free parking within the grounds of the complex.

We’ve rented this property for two weeks and everything about the house was very good The only issue is regarding the swimming pool that it’s only open in mid June or there about and if you’re travelling with young children and the pool is closed the only alternative it’s to take them to the beach or to the very near by Chirringuito

I was concerned that 8 adults in a four bed house would be a squeeze but the house accommodated us perfectly. The view is lovely from the balcony and the pool a short walk from the garden. A beach bar can be found next to the complex. The beach itself had plenty of water sports and jet skis.
We would have liked some sun loungers in our garden as the pool didn’t open until 12pm.
A timetable for the bus into Duquesa would have also been helpful as we were a long walk from the port and it took us a bit of trial and error in finding this out.

Amazing house that had a kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Great pool, right on the beach and lovely little Chiringuito just outside the gate. Supermarket a 15 min walk away so no car necessary (unless you’re doing a big shop!).
Only downside was trying to book taxis… long wait times.
We had a wonderful holiday and will certainly be coming back ☺️
