Location of the property was prefect in the old part of the city and a bus route at the end of the road with an excellent service. Perfectly located for all main sites.
Met at the property by the agent which was very helpful. Small problem with electricity in the kitchen was dealt with immediately we called
Prefect property everything we needed and spotlessly clean.
Seville was an amazing city beauty round every corner, highly recommended.

The couple of issues we had were promptly taken care of by management team. The management co needs to go over the flat and take care of a few things that need fixing, otherwise everything was good. Bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were great. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils.

It was nice that this place is a short walk to public bus lines on Calle Torneo. It is in good shape except for the wobbly dining room table. The manager did not respond to my VRBO messages about this problem.. The table needs fixing or replacement . Also the ad description was somewhat confusing. It stated that it has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room but it also stated it was studio apartment. The last is more accurate in that there are only three rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and an all purpose room with a bed, a sofa bed, a dining table, a TV and stand. While pictures show a courtyard it is not for tenants use as we found out when we tried to attend a zoom meeting on our computer out in the courtyard. Finally it has a coomon problem with many Seville ground floor apartments. The windows are barred and there is only one door out in case of fire.

The apartment was excellent—clean, well-equipped with all necessary utilities, and conveniently located. The staff were very friendly and responsive. It was both cozy and stylish.
