Location was ok.
We arrived at the apartment about 8.25pm . We waited for Marcio who handed us later the keys. Only to realize the apartment was not made. Marcio managed and cleaned the room himself. We went for dinner and the room was finally ready at 10.15 pm. Marcio said that the first night stay would be refunded. I texted his boss and he agreed and confirmed that.
