Beautiful three-bedroom apartment located in the historic center of Seville, close to Alameda de Hércules and the Guadalquivir River. Situated on the second floor of a modern building with typical Andalusian decoration, accessible by stairs or elevator.
The apartment features a bright living room with two large windows, each with a small balcony, dividing the space into a seating area with several armchairs, sofa, and Smart TV, and a dining area. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and equipped with a ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, and oven, perfect for a comfortable stay.
A hallway connects the rest of the rooms. On the right, there is a bathroom with a shower tray; further ahead on the left, a second bathroom also with a shower. Next to this bathroom, the first bedroom with a trundle bed and full-length mirror. Opposite, the second bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. At the end of the hallway, the master bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe.
The apartment has centralized air conditioning with outlets in all rooms and is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Located in the center of Seville, just 3 minutes from Plaza de San Lorenzo and the Basilica of Gran Poder, and very close to the city’s main shopping area. It is the perfect accommodation for those visiting the city for its cultural and gastronomic offerings, right in the historic center and near landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Alcázar.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

We were so comfortable for the 2 days we stayed here. They had all the amenities needed and more! So much storage space for bags and clothes if you were staying for longer. Very quite and safe place. Location was good. Although we went in August and lots or places were closed for the afternoon..They take siesta seriously :)
