Really nice modern room /bathroom, really friendly staff, good food and plenty of on-site parking. Travel alot for work with plenty of overnight stays. This is a place I would definitely keep in mind if needing a room in the area again.
Very slightest criticism (and I mean minor) for me was the shower cubicle. Being a bit taller than the average person I found it a little tight for space - if not for that would've been a 10.

Good location , nicely decorated , clean
We felt very rushed as soon as we arrived to be told we needed to have dinner preferably 5.30 / 6pm , ( we had previously booked for 6.30pm ) . At the same time ( and we had not even got to our rooms yet .. ) we were asked what time we would like breakfast , and before we said a time we were told it's between 7.30am to 8.30 latest ! We settled on 8.15am . We went to breakfast 8.15 , breakfast room was in darkness , no staff about . When they did arrive felt rushed and breakfast could have been better , toast wasn't toasted , poached eggs tasted of vinegar , scrambled eggs didn't look very fresh .. coffee was weak and the Cumberland sausage tasted pre cooked and pre heated . The staff themselves were nice enough but communication could have been better . We would not stay again
