It's a beautiful place to stay in a gorgeous location. Perfect for a quiet getaway if that's what you're after but close enough to Dungloe and for a base to explore Donegal. The host and caretaker are very friendly people and make you feel very welcome. There was an added little touch of having tea, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge on arrival and also some lovely bread to enjoy, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. The place is spotless and has a lovely large garden. Also, the facilities in the cabin are very good, great for cooking and so on. It really is the hidden gem it claims to be.
