About this villa rental
Bicus Villa is a detached house on two floors surrounded by a large private pine forest of Aleppo pine of 3.7 hectares of land fenced. It 'the first Villa Street Candiani and grounds extending to the marina harbor beach Pino in which the house has direct access through a gate.
The house has three bedrooms: one double with en suite bathroom with a large shower and two double rooms with bunk beds (convertible into double) of sturdy solid wood served by an adjacent bathroom with shower.
It has a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a veranda with sofas, a large square in front and a barbecue.
All rooms are equipped with cooling and heating.
The outdoor areas are furnished and include two dining areas, one near the barbecue, with tables of different sizes and their chairs.
And 'available the washing machine and microwave.
Parking is internal and exclusive use.
Internet service is available on request.
Villa Bicus is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday for lovers of the sea and contact with nature. Ideal for families, but also for couples or small groups who prefer holidays away from places too crowded and where there are corners of unspoiled nature. The house, in fact, is located near 4 beaches with crystal clear waters just a few meters (first beach, second beach, the beach of the Dunes and beach of Porto Pinetto) and several coves within easy reach.

House was very well , big garden and bbq place.
Porto Pino beach at walking distance.
Kite spot nearby (Punta Trettu ,Porto Botto)
This place ( Porto Pino) is also nice for a non kite boarder.

It’s a very beautiful and large property, situated at a 10 min walk from the beach and center.
The rooms are equipped as seen in the photos, very well maintained and furnished. We had AC in every room but didn’t need it because during the night the house was naturally cool.
The kitchen is very well furnished with fridge, oven, boiling pot, toaster, cutlery, and basically everything you need for a family with small children.
There is a large terrace which can easily accomodate a party and there are many areas in the garden where kids can play.
The host and their family were very accomodating and helpful, gave and offered us any extra we needed.
The driveway fits 3 cars and there’s an access road in the back and a port(beach) access in the front.
We stayed in 4 locations in Sardinia and this was definitely the best.

Very nice villa surrounded by trees near a small harbour and the sea. Great house with outside fireplace and outside shower. Nice garden to relax in. All and all a great atmosphere and relaxing place.
Few little restaurants and bars on walking distance, other stores and restaurants are 15 mins by car. Lovely owners of the house, communication is warm and helpful. We will definitely come back here!
