About this apartment rental
We will host you in a panoramic apartment on a single house, just renovated and furnished, comfortable and bright, surrounded by the greenery of the San Bartolo Park and a few minutes from the sea. The location has three large bedrooms, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, washing machine and services, laundry.
The entrance to the apartment is completely independent with private garden and reserved parking space.
Also ideal for 4-6 people. Car recommended.
For its location within the park, the apartment is ideal, both for sea lovers, reachable in a few minutes even on foot, and for fans of nature and art excursions.
In particular as regards the beaches, the closest are that of Fiorenzuola di Focara, natural, wild and reachable on foot through a path surrounded by greenery and the beach of Baia Vallugola, discreet and sophisticated, with its marina and restaurants on the sea .
Nearby the beaches of Pesaro, Cattolica and Riccione with their colors and events, and the famous Aquafan, Mirabilandia, Fiabilandia and Italia in Miniatura playgrounds.
For nature lovers, the San Bartolo park offers a splendid panorama of greenery overlooking the sea, a wide range of trails, riding stables, excursions and themed events.
For those looking for a holiday full of art and culture, Gradara, Pesaro, Fano and Urbino are nearby destinations easily reachable, as well as Riccione, Rimini and San Marino.
Misano, home to one of the world's most famous motorcycle circuits, is just a few minutes away by car.

First of all Stefania is a very kind and friendly host who makes the stay at her appartement so comfortabele and welcome, there is a very good space outside and a lovely garden also were you can sit,The appartement is very nice and clean good kitchen bedrooms an good shower we really enjoyed the house

The apartment is very nice with great views to the west. It is close to a very pretty town, the strada panoramico, and the sea. We biked the panoramico on Sunday when it was closed to traffic with e-bikes from Via Panoramico in Gabbice Monte. We were also very close to Pesaro.
Stefania is very nice and was very helpful.
Our only regret was that we only booked 3 days.
