Located on the first floor of a renovated farmhouse, it offers a balance of privacy, comfort, and outdoor living, making it an ideal base to explore the area and return to peace and silence.
THE SPACE
The apartment is on the first floor of a farmhouse surrounded by greenery, which includes two holiday units. It is connected to a large shared garden, where guests can relax, sunbathe, and enjoy outdoor living while children play in the dedicated area.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious terrace designed for outdoor dining. A cot for children aged 0–2 can always be added upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge, cookware, tableware, and a coffee machine, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The terrace is a natural extension of the home: a space to be enjoyed slowly, from breakfast to dinner outdoors, surrounded by the calm of the countryside.
The apartment features two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. The layout is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for comfort and well-organized spaces.
Bathrooms
The two bathrooms ensure practicality and comfort even with multiple guests, making daily routines easier.
The large shared garden of the farmhouse is easily accessible and offers generous spaces for relaxation and play. It is a place to slow down, breathe in the countryside, and enjoy a holiday in harmony with nature.

Katia and the Yohome team are available to suggest local experiences such as fresh pasta cooking classes, sailing trips, and wine tastings.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Pets are welcome on request, with a supplement.
A separate dependance is available for small events.
THE AREA
The surrounding area is immersed in the Marche countryside, with rolling hills, olive groves, and landscapes that change with the seasons. A peaceful setting, yet close to the sea, villages, and cultural cities.
Pesaro is about 10 minutes away, Gradara about 25 minutes, Urbino about 40 minutes, and San Marino about 50 minutes. Nearby you will also find historic villages such as Mondaino, Montegridolfo, Mombaroccio, and Mondavio.
The sea is easily reachable: Pesaro beach in about 10 minutes, Gabicce Mare and Cattolica slightly further along the coast.
Monte San Bartolo Natural Park offers scenic trails and villages such as Fiorenzuola di Focara and Castel di Mezzo, ideal for hiking and cycling.
GETTING AROUND
Getting around is easy, especially by car, which is the most practical way to explore the countryside and nearby areas. Pesaro is about 10 minutes away, Gradara 25 minutes, Urbino 40 minutes, and San Marino about 50 minutes.
Public transport is also available: local buses and train connections from Pesaro and Cattolica reach major Italian cities such as Bologna, Rimini, Milan, and Ancona.
The nearest airports are Rimini and Ancona, both reachable in about one hour.
