La colazione non era prevista, mentre per quanto riguarda la posizione dell'appartamento, dire molto comoda a centro cittadino

Appartamento in posizione ottima, molto vicino al centro. Sono stati molto disponibili con le mie richieste.
Non hanno un posteggio in loco, è disponibile un posto per il carico e scarico dei bagagli. Il problema che il giorno della partenza un altro cliente ha deciso di usare il carico e scarico come parcheggio del weekend.

Mancava solo un parcheggio ma per il resto un'ottima soluzione, molto comoda per il mare e per visitare Gradara a pochi minuti di macchina.
Manca qualche accessorio: bollitore, tostapane

Il riscaldamento con clima non riscaldava e la camera non era riscaldata abbastanza! Il cancelletto dell'ingresso quando era chiuso bisognava scavalcare per aprire il cancello, menomale che sono atletico!
