We stayed in a two-room apartment for 4 people. The apartment was very clean, with daily housekeeping, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Each room had air conditioning and a TV. One bedroom had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs, while the other had a spacious terrace with a table, 4 chairs and a drying rack – perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and sink, which made our stay very convenient. Parking is available on site for about 8 cars, with additional spaces just outside the property. Taverns and small markets are within walking distance. The apartment also had very good sound insulation, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided.

It was the cleanest small hotel we have ever stayed. The room was cleaning everday. And you have everything you need in the room including kitchen tools. They wellcome and send off you with a gift. The location was 5 minutes to the restaurants and the beach.

I recently stayed at Stratos Deluxe Apartments and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Here’s why I believe this place deserves a 10/10 rating: Location • Just a short walk (about 600–700 meters) from the beautiful Golden Beach, making it ideal for beach lovers. • Close to shops, restaurants, and attractions in Skala Potamias, yet set in a peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxation. Comfort & Cleanliness • The apartments are spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. Daily housekeeping ensures everything is spotless, with fresh linen and towels provided regularly. • Air conditioning in every room, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchens (including coffee machines, microwaves, and refrigerators) make for a very comfortable stay. Facilities & Amenities • Free WiFi with strong signal throughout the property, which is great for both work and leisure. • Private balconies or terraces with mountain or garden views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. • On-site parking is available and free, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. • The property features a lovely garden, BBQ facilities, and outdoor dining areas, creating a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. Service • The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations. • Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the staff go out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Lack of profesionalism and focus on money only

The building is new...but that is all.

I got a room called Economy - No Balcony. I did not notice any mention about being at the demi-basement. I would not recomend reserving it as it was very noisy - we could hear the pipes when someone used the toilet. I could not sleep over the night as the water was leaking in the toilet reservoir at one of the neighbour rooms. There was nobody to help at the building. We left next morning. The hotel staff did not care. We ended up paying 2 nights and left after 1 night, and not even capable to sleep that night. We open a ticket for Booking.com as normally I think we should get back the money as our last 2 days of the vacation were ruined. Again, the hotel did not agree to return the money, not even for a night not spent there! Disgrace!

Extremely satisfied with the accommodation, 100% great service quality. Spotless apartment, the maids came every day to clean the rooms and change towels / linen, receptionists are very friendly.

Our host Stratos was very friendly and kind. The property was very clean and maintained clean. We loved the terrace. There is a shared kitchen which includes a grill and a gas stove. The hotel is close to Golden beach. Our room was quiet.

There were noisy neighbors playing loud music until 10pm. This of course is not under Stratos control.

Would come back and recommed to others

The property is as described. On top of that they keep the rooms extremely clean and also the outside spaces. Wifi works very well. They provided coffee machine and also pods for the machine, which we did not expect and was very nice of them. They have parking spaces on their property and also extra ones next to it. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. One of the best accommodation I found and the value for money is excellent.

Unexpectedly good for a small price tag

I liked everything. Imagine you are going to stay in a nice, extrmelly clean and good vibe room. - extremelly cleaned up everyday. - coffee capsules, sheets, towels and replaced every day. - kitchen furniture is nice and fully equipped and includes instant coffee (using capsules) and filter, heating can, microwave owen, fridge, etc - houst is very nice and friendly - nice relaxing cauches in the backyard to relax and have fun - 7 minute walk till the beach and tavern areas - few parking slots but you can park in an open area just across the street. - big balcony with retractable sun shades. - air conditoning is working and needed :) - mattress were good, medium rigidity - plenty of hot / cold water / shampoo / soap / shower gel - you can do ironing - hair dryer is also offered in the room - pictures are reflecting the room qualigy

Wardrobe does not have enough height (for my wife dresses) . Overall wardrobe space should be increased.

The hotel was very beautiful outside and inside. The room was really big and the host was really kind and helpful. We had the opportunity to land a beach umbrella. Very clean and all equipments available. Next to the main Street for the evening by foot and with private parking for car. WiFi was really good.

We felt like the walls were very thin, so earing every movement and action (like WC) at any moment. The WC flush was working but with permanent refilling, creating noises during the night.

Am fost plăcut impresionați de organizarea camerelor, totul gândit cu bun gust și funcționalitate. Am avut un balcon mare, perfect pentru a ne bucura de priveliștea minunată a curții. Curățenia a fost exemplară, una dintre cele mai bune experiențe pe care le-am avut până acum. Gazdele sunt foarte primitoare și amabile, ceea ce a făcut șederea noastră și mai plăcută.
