Verandas

The owner was exceptional – extremely kind, welcoming and always willing to help. He gave us excellent recommendations for local tavernas where we could enjoy delicious food at reasonable prices, advised us where to buy the best olive oil and souvenirs, and even explained the differences between the local olive varieties. His hospitality made us feel truly welcome. The private parking was another great advantage. We were allowed to park our car from 10:00 a.m., even though check-in officially starts at 3:00 p.m. As soon as our room was ready (well before the official check-in time), the owner called us immediately, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect – only a 2-minute walk to the beautiful Golden Beach, with many excellent tavernas, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets and shops nearby. The room was spotless, modern and very comfortable. Everything felt new and well maintained. Daily housekeeping kept the room perfectly clean, and towels were changed every two days. The kitchenette was one of the best-equipped we have ever seen in holiday accommodation. It included everything we could possibly need: a refrigerator, electric hob, coffee machine, frying pans, pots, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery and all necessary kitchen utensils. Every detail showed the owners' care for their guests. The property is quiet, beautifully maintained and offers everything needed for a relaxing holiday. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose Verandas again on our next visit to Thassos. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The apartment was spotless, spacious, perfectly maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The location was very good- at a quiet area but at the same time close to the beach and many great restaurants. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We would definitely come back again!
