Modern Cycladic, newly-built (2016), fully-equipped, spacious house located in Livadakia: just 100m from the sandy beach Livadakia, 7mins walk from the Port and 5mins walk from the heart of the island's life, Livadi. A luxurious house for a memorable stay!

Welcome to one of our 3 Serifos Seaview houses! We offer you a double bedroom, two comfortable single beds, a private bathroom, kitchenette, air-conditioning, washing machine, hot water, 3 large closets, free wi-fi and a cozy balcony with seaview. A modern cycladic, fully-equipped house is ready to satisfy your vacation needs and desires.
If you visit with a group of more than 4 friends or have a large family, we offer you the option to book all 3 of our houses and thus, be next-door neighbours! Awesome potential!

The Neighborhood
Livadakia is a priviledged area for a visitor to stay in. It is very close to Livadi's restaurants, cafes, gift shops, pharmacy store, super markets and local grossery shops and near to the beautiful seashore of Livadakia. It is one of the most comfortable places to stay in Serifos. It is a very safe area with friendly locals.
Location
The position of the house is advantageous, as you can experience some of Serifos' beauties within walking distance. Livadakia is a priviledged area for a visitor to stay in. It is very close to Livadi's restaurants, cafes, gift shops, pharmacy store, super markets and local grossery shops and near to the beautiful seashore of Livadakia. It is one of the most comfortable places to stay in Serifos. It is a very safe area with friendly locals.
Getting Around
The house is 5mins walk to Livadi, the centre of Serifo's life, and 7mins walk from the Port. In case you want to visit the Chora, there is convenient public transportation - frequent buses (every 20mins) connect the Port with Chora.
If you want to visit Serifo's beautiful beaches, such as Aghios Sostis, Psili Amos, Vaghia, Ganema, Ai Ghiannis, Koutalas, Sykamia, Platis Gialos you may rent a car or use a taxi. You may easily find taxis at Livadi. There is also connection to some of the coasts with bus; however, it is not as frequent as going to Chora.
Depending on my availability, I would be happy to drive you to the island's beautiful beaches and provide tips on where to eat and drink either at Chora or other areas of the island.
During the high-demanding season of July-August parking is not always easy to find.

Great place to stay in Serifos, in a convenient, quiet position 10 minutes walk from the port and within 150 m of a great swimming beach. House is perfectly designed. Plenty of space, a good terrace, great bathroom and a comfortable bedroom. In addition - a washing machine !- which was so appreciated as we travel around island hopping.
Good support from Christos and his mum, Athina.
All in all a great stay in Serifos.

This is a beautiful little apartment with everything we needed for a completely relaxing holiday by the beach. The interior was contemporary and comfortable but still had a traditional feel. It's so easy to get to the beach down a rough path. Just roll out of bed and you can be swimming in the clear sea in 5 minutes. There are 2 tavernas on the beach which are perfect for breakfast and lunch a!though the apartment kitchen area is good too for preparing simple meals. As described on the site, you can be in the town in 5 minutes minutes with a good choice of restaurants. Thank you Christos! We'll definitely be back and look forward to seeing you again.

Chris is a truely nice host who gave me lots of tips before and during my stay in Serifos.
The accommodation is a prestine place few minutes walk from the port and with great view on the beach.
I definitely recommend this place.
