Traditional, fully-equipped, spacious, 42m2 apartment located in Livadakia area: just 150m from the sandy beach Livadakia, 7mins walk from the Port and 5mins walk from the heart of the island's life, Livadi. A cozy apartment for a memorable stay! Feel like local!
Staying at New Cozy apartment will make you feel like local! White washed walls and stone floor are harmonically combined offering a unique Cycladic aura. We provide: a double comfortable bed, a large wooden wardrobe, two sinlge-sized, cozy beds, a bathroom with washing machine, hair-dryer and hot water, aiconditioning, free wifi, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two spacious balconies, one at the front and one at the back of the house.
Baby-bed and baby-chair is provided! We certainly desire young guests to enjoy their stay, too!
Enjoy the Cycladic sun at the front spacious balcony! The apartment is at the second floor of the house complex (there are 15 stairs). Families and friends who chose this apartment for vacation, really loved! Its cycladic aura and interior decoration will make you feel like local!
The position of the house (Livadakia area) is advantageous, as you can experience some of Serifos' beauties within walking distance.
If you visit with a group of more than 4 friends or have a large family, we offer you the option to book all 3 of our houses and thus, be neighbours! Awesome potential!

Loved this little place. Very handy for the beach and the restaurants and bars. Christos was super helpful and obliging.Very clean.Would recommend and stay again.
