It was a perfect place for a family holiday, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

We really liked the cozy and well-maintained atmosphere of the property. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The owner was very friendly and responsive, communicating clearly and answering all of our questions quickly. This made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free.

Greita ir lengva komunikacija su šeimininku, gan gera lokacija, gera kaina.

Namelyje visą laiką jautėsi itin stiprus, nemalonus kvapas. Taip pat labai šalta ir drėgna - atidrėkę net rankšluosčiai, patalynė, tualetinis popierius. Nuo drėgmės po nakties net susiraitė atsivežta knyga, nuo langų dėl per didelio kiekio drėgmės bėga vanduo ant žemės. Namelyje buvo nustatyta šiluma 21, tačiau tiek tikrai nesiekė būtent dėl juntamos drėgmės. Reguliuoti šilumos nėra galimybės, ypač šalta ir drėgna vonioje (matomas pelėsis). Namelyje taip pat trūko švaros, radome nešvarių indų, voratinkliai ir dulkės ant lempų, palikti prieš tai buvusių gyventojų pravalgyti užkandžių pakeliai, sulūžusi dviaukštė lova, nekokybiški patalai (pvz. išgulėta pagalvė), nešvarios sienos ir durys viename miegamajame.

Sijainti on hyvä, helppo löytää ja itse talo sijaitsi aidatulla alueella. Koirien kanssa arvostaa sitä ettei ole seinänaapureita

Ilmoituksessa lukee, ettei lemmikeistä peritä maksua, tämä piti paikkaansa ainoastaan kahden koiran verran kuulemma. 4 koirasta 2 olikin maksullisia, hintaa tuli neljältä yöltä 60€. Samaten isäntä rahasti meiltä myös kaupunkiveron, jolle tuli hintaa kahdelta ihmiseltä 12€ vaikka kaikki verot piti olla hoidettuna jo bookingin hinnassa. Taloa ei ollut siivottu kunnolla, jouduimme pesemään astianpesukoneen sisältä ja tiskaamaan kaikki astiat, jotta pystyimme käyttämään niitä. Talo kaipaa kokonaisuudessaan sisäremonttia; lattia, seinät, katto ja kaapistot kaikki hieman kulahtaneet. Paikka muuttuisi jo paljon paremmaksi, jos seinät saisivat uuden maalipinnan ja lattia uusittaisiin.

Buvau antrakart, viskas kaip ir yra ko gali prireikti.

Sušalom, patiem neleido reguliuoti šilumos, buvo kodas uždetas, nustatyta siluma 21C. Žiema tikrai mazokai, be to jei kursit židini, negaminkit valgyt tuo pat metu, nes ijungus gartrauki pro zidini pradeda eiti dumai i kambari. Nezinau, kodel taip yra, neissiaiskinau.

Hot-Tub unverschämt teuer

- schöne Einrichtung - günstig

- in der ersten Nacht war es sehr kalt - direkt am Flughafen - unzureichende Ausstattung für 7 Personen (Klopapier, Geschirr) - Hot-Tub kostet 120€ pro Tag, wurde im Vorhinein nicht kommuniziert - nur eine Bettdecke pro Doppelbett
