We loved the property and location. 30 second walk to beach. 5 min walk to river opening.
Property was clean and lots of amenities. Great outdoor area.

Location
It needed airing out and was a little musty. Once we let air in, it was fine. Mostly clean. Lounge has a few stains.

Good location , protected from wind , close to the beach , plenty of room inside for 6 persons, a lot of outside space some with weather cover , barbeque was handy , furniture and bedding comfortable , all appliances worked OK. Undercover parking for one small car was sufficient and limited outside parking was available for second car .
the outside retractable awning would not stay extended and had to be reset a lot, neither of the outside lights on the balcony were operational and the hot water ran out one day , keys for door from the staircase did not work and key for balcony door was very tight and difficult to remove . Also a floor mat in the main bedroom was damp and smelly on arrival and we had to hang it over an outside railing to dry it . These are minor problems that can be easily fixed .
