Pangkarra -Stunning Beach House - Family friendly

Very kid friendly, unfortunately the weather wasn’t in our favour but the kids were still entertained!

The house itself was lovely, clean, and well presented, with a charming style that made it very appealing.

Our stay was affected by a few issues. During the stay we received intermittent texts and reminders about what to do around the property, which felt somewhat invasive as if we were under constant surveillance. The weather was hot, and the air conditioning in the living room was broken (though the fan helped), while the third bedroom and the dining/kitchen areas had no air conditioning or fan, making those spaces uncomfortable. We were also not allowed to access the driveway or garage, so we had to park on the street and couldn’t charge our electric car as planned.

Location was excellent - a couple of minutes walk to the surf beach, a couple of minutes drive to town. The house was very nicely presented, spacious, and well-equipped (great coffee machine!). The yard was ideal for young children, and the dining and lounge were large enough to accommodate our extended family for a long weekend. All in all, the beach house was an excellent choice, and made for a relaxing stay in one of the prettiest beachside suburbs in NSW. Highly recommended.

A minor detail, in the hot weather it would have been good to have air-conditioning in the two bedrooms which only had fans. Otherwise, really, there's nothing not to like!
