Really good location, private parking, cosy apartment and had a washing machine which is what we needed at the end of our road trip
We were on the 5th floor I believe and sometimes at night I would wake up to furniture being moved on the floor above us at night. Not sure what that was about ? As it’s a residential building, lovely neighbours though!

L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale, fuori dal centro di Spalato, molto vicina alle fermate degli autobus che funzionano molto bene, sono puntuali e portano ovunque (li abbiamo usati anche per andare a Trogir). Le spiagge sono abbastanza vicine e comode da raggiungere. molto utile (e raro da trovare) è il posto auto riservato all'interno del condominio. Il gestore è molto simpatico e disponibile e ci ha dato tante utili informazioni. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort, compreso microonde, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La vista dall'appartamento è incantevole. Nei dintorni ci sono supermarket e ogni tipo di negozio. Sotto casa c'è un fast food che abbiamo provato la prima sera ed è buono e alle spalle una pizzeria.
Gli spazi condominiali non sono molto puliti (al contrario dell'appartamento) e spesso ristagna un cattivo odore, anche perché la tromba delle scale è priva di finestre. Ma la cosa riguarda solo gli spazi esterni all'appartamento e non è responsabilità del gestore. In ogni caso nulla di particolarmente rilevante o che possa turbare il sereno godimento del soggiorno.

Clean, comfortable bed, very quiet place. Newly renovated. Nice view from the balcony. AC worked well. The laundry machine was convenient to have. Kitchen was stocked with all you would need. A bit far from the city centre in a residential area but we already were aware of that before making the booking. A 15 minute bus ride is all it takes. Was nice to experience another part of the city outside the tourist zone. Owner was pleasant to talk to and quick to respond to messages. Would happily stay again.
