New delux green garden apartment with hotube ****

Our stay here was wonderful! I highly recommend to book 😊 Jure, the owner, greeted us with a warm welcome upon arrival to show us the apartment & recommended places to visit during our stay in Split. The apartment is absolutely stunning - inside and out- the garden is spectacular! ☀️ The hot tub and sun loungers were perfect to enjoy the garden. The location is in a nice, quiet & very safe area - we got Ubers in and out to the Old Town centre and these were very easy, took 10 mins and only cost about €4-5. There's also a bus stop nearby and the local beach is a short walk and beautiful. Jure was also brilliant with communication if we needed any help with booking ferries etc. I highly recommend booking this place for a lovely place to stay in Split, it was fantastic 🌟😊 thankyou Jure for a wonderful stay.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Jure, der Anbieter der Unterkunft war super nett und herzlich und hat uns mit den besten Ausflugszielen und Geheimtipps versorgt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fernab der klassischen „Touristenspots“ was einem wunderschöne und ruhige Abende auf der Terrasse beschert hat. Neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein lokaler Supermarkt, ein DM, ein Bäcker und viele Bars & Cafés. Der Strand ist direkt in der Nähe und super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir sind mit unserem Hund dort gewesen, auch für ihn wurde bestens gesorgt und das ohne Aufpreis.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

A lovely apartment with everything we needed. We especilly loved the cozy outdoor area. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The location is good. It’s in a quiet residential area but with all nessessities, like groseries very close by. Downtown Split is only a 10 drive away, and there is also a bus stop close by with all buses stopping by going direcly downtown. Perfect for families.

We got some insect bites from staying in the garden but that is something that is difficult to avoid (there is an insect/mosqito lamp though)

Apartman and owner were awsome. The terrace was great benefit. Rooms were clean and well equiped. Coffe machine includes coffee pots with various coffe sorts. We felt really like a home!! Parking was secured and really close to apartment.
