The kitchen is well equipped and has sea views whilst the living area is open plan with comfy sofas and window seats to enjoy watching the boats in Falmouth harbour. There are two terraces to take advantage of the sun in the morning and evening. Underground car park space for one car. Located just a short walk along the harbour to the centre of bustling Falmouth, The Lookout is perfect for family and friends to enjoy at any time of the year.

Note: Even though all on one level, there are some steps down from the property to the garage and up from the property to the road, therefore this property may not be suitable for Customers with limited mobility.

Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
