Excellent 21

Everything was excellent! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very kind and allowed us to check in a little earlier, which we really appreciated. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. To get to the center of Utrecht, we drove to the Park & Ride parking area recommended by the owner, left our car there, and then took a bus to the city center. It was very convenient. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!

We were greeted by the very nice owner who showed us around the well appointed apartment. We were happy that the apartment is on the ground level, except for the sloping driveway, so no stairs to negotiate with our heavy luggage. Parking is on the street, which worked out fine.

No complaints. All was fine. Just be aware that the double bedroom does not have enough space to open our luggage, so we used the couches in the living room instead for that.

Prima locatie, fijne bedden, schoon

Het is souterrain - voor een nacht is dat prima maar als je langer wilt blijven subject niet fijn alleen maar kleine ramen hoog in de muur te hebben inde woonkamer (niet in de slaapkamers trouwens)

Wenn ein wenig mehr Mühe in Ordnung und Instandhaltung investiert werden würde, könnte man 3-4 Sterne vergeben. So reicht es maximal für 2*.

Haustüre schließt so schlecht, dass Klein-Finger-breite Schlitze freie Sicht nach draußen hat. Die Verschlüsse der Oberlichte sind so defekt, dass die Fenster nur angelehnt, nie wirklich verschlossen werden können. Die Handbrause der Dusche verliert am Schlauch mehr Wasser als sie am Brsusekopf spendet. Wände und Türrahmen sind voll Schadstellen, die nach Farbe schreien. Die Küche ist „über-ausgestattet“ mit vielen leider schlecht gepflegten Trilen. Ein vorhandenes Körbchen mitvHewürzen beinhaltet schmutzige, verklebte und zum Teil abgelaufene Gewürze ….
