This apartment was in an ideal location with quick access to everything we wanted to do. It was very spacious with a lot of room for our family of five to spread out and be comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, including onsight laundry which was super helpful.

It was extremely warm when arrived and took quite a while to cool down with the AC.

Location was fantastic to allow us to tour the city.

Too many stairs but that's not the apartments issue.

Great location. The staff were amazing at communication and organising a transfer from the property to fco.

The bathroom was old and the main shower did not have the best water pressure. It was also very hot in the apartment. Aircon was in the main area but no tv in that area. No aircon and only fans in the bedrooms. Was not advised until departure message there was an additional city charge required to be paid by cash at left at the property. It would have been nice to been advised at booking or included in the booking fee. Have to walk up 3 levels of steep stairs with lots of luggage.

Location is second to none, close to everything, a beautiful piazza was only minutes away, with heaps of quality restaurants to chose from offering fantastic food. Many historic features are within walking distance. The area of the apartment is also very safe, The Wi-Fi was fine and the apartment and bedrooms very generous in size. The bathrooms while small, are functional, and to be expected in a period building.

The owner needs to carry out some much needed maintenance (mostly minor equipment repairs) on the property which is perfectly located. Several blown light bulbs, washing mc door broken, toaster pull down knob broken, coffee machine not responding to selection, and one of the aircon units was not functioning (just flashing green light and no cold air). It should also be mentioned in the advertising, that the stairs are challenging, I would not recommend them for anyone over 60, a slip would result in serious injury. Carrying luggage up and down them is a significant challenge.
