Great location (all important monuments like Colosseo and Forum Romanum, Vatican, Spanish Steps and Di Trevi around 0,5h by foot, no need to use transport) and facilities. Very nice and helpful host.
Sofa bed in living room was quite uncomfortable and flush wasn’t working properly.

Location was great.
No exciting view.
Had a shared hall with other inner apartments. Could hear others if they were loud as they entered/left.
The table and kitchen supplies/utensils were not as clean. I had to wash dishes with boiling water myself , and also wipe clean the table which has stains/marks which could have been wiped clean by the cleaning team. It was a lot cleaner after a wet baby wipe was used to wipe down.
