The location was perfect - within walking distance of local eateries and all major sites - Parthenon, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Navona, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Trastevere neighborhood. Apartment was clean.
Our stay was for 5 nights with 3 adults. We were provided with only 2 rolls of toilet paper. I texted the owner the 2nd day asking for more, which we didn't receive until the 4th day. We had to buy more ourselves. The kitchen had only 1 hand towel and there were no paper towels or napkins. The washing machine was very small and had to do multiple loads.

washing machine didn’t work properly. manager knew it had a faulty door but didn’t leave a note to notify us or call us to let us know so we put washing in but couldn’t get it out. then he told us not to use it rather than get the door fixed. having a washing machine was the main reason I booked the apartment!
