About this house rental
Pretty stone house of 2 levels on vaulted cellars on the edge of the medieval village of Joannas in the perimeter of the castle. Exceptional situation between the castle of Joannas and the one of Logères in the national park of the mountains of Ardèche. Living room dining kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The house is located at the top of its private land which gives it a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the pond of Joannas. No car crossing the house is reached by a dead end. The garden of 1000m2 gives direct access to hiking trails that crisscross the entire region. Joannas is a small quiet village of 300 inhabitants you will find 3 boulodromes for the petanque and 1 for the Lyonnaise. A few minutes away is the river La Beaume which flows into the Ardèche a little further. Down the Beaume by the small road gorges there are many beaches at the edge of reservoirs and small waterfalls. Refreshing baths guaranteed in crystal clear water. It even exists in the town of Joannas a few minutes from the house a secret and well hidden in the nature where at the cost of a small descent between the rocks we come to a natural bowl located under a waterfall in lush greenery. Paradise to see absolutely and swim under the waterfall. The house and its garden are independent and for your exclusive use. The owners live in the neighboring house and are therefore available when needed. Many hiking opportunities such as the tour of Tanargue, visits to villages with preserved architecture, Largentière is nearby, many sports activities in the area canoe riding without forgetting the gastronomy with local and often organic products, weekly markets , cultural life, fauna and flora ... to discover for a good holiday.
