Stone village house, interior refurbished with all comforts (air conditioning of the rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen)
On the first floor, games room, stone vaults.
On the 1st floor, you will appreciate the living room with a kitchen area, opening directly onto the flowered terrace (25m2), equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
Bathroom with toilet.
On the 2nd floor are 2 beautiful bedrooms with air conditioning.
You will spend a holiday in the countryside in peace. In the village, you will find a grocery store, a restaurant, a bar, every Monday during the summer period the local producers' market.
You can go for walks and hikes or mountain bike from the cottage. By car, in less than 30 minutes you will find all the cultural and sporting activities you want.
You will be close to all tourist places such as Largentière, a medieval city 2 km away, Balazuc and Vogüé classified as the most beautiful villages in France, the Gorges de l'Ardèche, Vallon Pont d'Arc 23 km away, La Grotte Chauvet, Ruoms and its Aluna festival in June, Antraigues (Jean Ferrat museum), the Neyrac thermal baths, Aubenas 15 km away, the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park, in the surrounding area many local and night markets in July and August....
