A wonderful stay in this lovely caravan! The caravan was spotless, beautifully kept, and so comfortable — everything we could possibly need for a relaxing break. The little touches made it extra special and showed how much care goes into making guests feel welcome. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The surrounding scenery is stunning, with peaceful views and plenty of space to just unwind and enjoy the fresh air. It’s the perfect place to switch off and recharge. Already looking forward to coming back again … and of course, to seeing Charlie again!

Lovely spot to stay for a few days.

Warm and comfortable, and car parking was right outside the accomodation. Close to Perranporth and several lovely old pubs.

Comfortable and spotlessly clean, couldn’t fault a thing. The mobile home is comfortable with all the amenities you could need for a stay. But what really makes this stay absolutely exceptional was the hosts - they were so helpful and kind. They left some lovely honey and biscuits, and a really helpful pack about the local area including local shops,takeaways and restaurants. We booked this place as an emergency and we have been so happy with our stay that we have talked about coming back to stay again and have forwarded the details to family and friends.

Excellent mobile home

Mobile home was very clean .The Owner provided with map and location leaflets which helped our stay. Area was very quite and suitable for families. Well furnished home. Highly recommended for other families and friends Thank you Emma for the home made honey and ginger biscuits which made our children so happy.🥰

Great Holiday in a great location !

We really enjoyed our stay very much. The caravan was very clean and warm, with all the mod cons of home to include a modern boiler with instant hot water, a well appointed kitchen, big bathroom (with bath and shower) and a flat panel TV with excellent reception. The location is excellent too, with the A30 in easy reach, making Truro, Falmouth and Newquay all easily accessible. The owners Emma & Tony made us feel very welcome too :-)

The caravan was spotless and the kitchen was all in good working order. The bathroom was massive with a separate shower and full bath. The hosts were great and helpful and also provided some Cornish goodies. The view across the farm was beautiful with wild rabbits, peacocks next door and other wildlife. Great location, literally 5 minutes drive to Perranporth Beach and 5 minutes from the main dual carriage way which runs through Cornwall.

We loved the fact the caravan was on a very quiet farm. Some families might find it too quiet as there isn't a pool, clubhouse etc. It was perfect for what we wanted

Great place!

This was a great place for a great price. First time going to Cornwall and staying in a mobile home and I only have good things to say. The owner is a lovely person, the mobile home was clean and very roomy. Myself and my family of 5 stayed there for a couple of nights and everyone really enjoyed it. An extra thing to comment on was even the water pressure was amazing, great to relax after a long day out. Close to a few beaches and shops, short drives away. Very peaceful as it is located on a farm, a couple of other caravan next to this one but at a good distance away so we always had enough privacy.

Can’t really comment on anything that I didn’t like.

Perfect stay in every way

Myself and my family had the best time staying here, I really couldn’t fault it. The property was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The caravan it’s self is a really good size and very spacious and is so well equipped and a great location. Emma and Tony had thought of everything and all is of a high quality. The goodies that were left for us when we arrived were such a lovely gesture. The peacocks were such funny characters and added to the experience, we enjoyed watching them each day. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning again.

A perfect stay

The owner was very welcoming and explained all about the area and where to go. The static home was very clean and well stocked with all the utensils you may need. There was a lovely welcome gift of local produce. Having the Peacocks beside us was some light entertainment first thing in the morning after they had been let out of their house. This is a lovely little site tucked away in its own little bit of land with massive views. A perfect stay.
