Comfortable and compact place with easy access to the center. Absolutely wonderful host!

Great bed, very nice facilities where you have everything you need, absolutely amazing host and the place is very nicely situated. You can get to the city center quite easily, there are some nice places around that host has recommended me - both for breakfast and lunch/dinner.

One evening I could hear neighbours very eagerly watching football match, haha. It's no problem and I think I just caught the right moment for that. But it does seem that with open windows it's a bit easy to hear other apartments

Poor

The room was too hot! No way to rest. No facilities, nothing, the floor was dirty I had to clean it. Marco had always non reasonable excuses. Asked him to buy a fan, 35 euros and he said that clients stole many items. The wardrobe is useless. No ion, no toaster, I had to spend money that would not be needed if in another room. Even the location is not an added value.

The cleaning, the temperature could be improved if there was a good fan. Had to sleep with the windows and the apartment door opened. There's a lack of simple things that can make the guest stay, more comfortable. The manager was rude to me. Said nobody ever complained.

Excellent, Very good customer service and friendly.

Booked this for a friend. The location was very good, close to the main train station (within walking distance). The host was extremely helpful, picking up my friend, who was new to the city, from the main station and communicating regularly to ensure they met up, it was beyond 5-star customer service. The host did not need to do this but chose to. Thank you very much.

A comfortable flat close to the historic centre of Perugia.

I had booked the flat for a month to study Italian at the Perugia University For Foreigners. It is ideal for a longer stay, warm and quiet, with a lift, very comfortable double bed, cooking facilities, wifi, enough cupboard/shelf space. There is no washing machine, but with a longer stay, there's a self-service laundry just 5 minutes away (walking). The location is convenient for supermarkets (5 mins on foot), there's also a minimetro station very close or you can walk to the centre in 15-20 mins. Marco and Nadia, the owners of the flat were exceptional, always making sure I had what I needed, including a starter pack of basics such as coffee/milk/water/ etc. and even some Perugina chocolates ;) Unfortunately, during my stay in Italy, the government introduced lockdown measures due to the spread of CV in the north. While I still felt perfectly safe in Perugia, it limited access to things and made life more difficult. It was, therefore, extremely kind of Nadia to take me out on walks and drives around Umbria (while it was still allowed) or Marco to drive me to the airport for no charge when I had to change my plane booking. Looking back at my stay, I cannot thank them enough and will definitely stay there next time I visit Perugia.

Very helpful people, great hospitality.

when Casa Nadia couldn't host us due to unforeseen circumstances, they did their best to make sure we got an excellent alternative and it was great! Marco managed to contact me personally (even though it was pretty difficult as I rarely had an Internet connection). so, we're very impressed with the establishment and most and foremost the staff of Casa Nadia.

A small pied a terre

This studio appears to be recently refurbished and to a high standard. It is in one of the modern blocks close to the station and while some of the blocks are rather down at heel, this one seems to better cared for. The kitchen area was clean and the facilities were above average. The bathroom was a little narrow, but the shower size was very good and all the appointments very modern. Convenient public transport to the historic centre.

It is very small. The bed and sofa bed take up most of the floor area. No air con. It could be stifling, but there was a fan. Only one window which meant there was no through draught. There was no balcony but next door's balcony appeared to be attached to your studio's wall. Some slight problem with water pressure in the bathroom which the landlord said he would deal with.

L’appartamento è piccolo ma ben fornito di tutto il necessario, la posizione é strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della mini-metro, l’host Marco è estremamente gentile e disponibile, molto attento ad offrire il miglior servizio possibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

L’appartamento è piccolo ma non manca niente. È in una posizione molto comoda per prendere il minimetró che porta nel centro di Perugia. Marco é stato molto disponibile e ospitale e ci ha dato consigli utili.

La posizione fantastica...comoda di tutti i servizi x potersi spostare da un posto all'altro senza difficoltà....vicinissima alla casa c'è una minimetro Funzionante tutto il giorno che arriva al centro storico....sotto casa un bar pasticceria favolosa...x delle colazioni super Il gestore persona gentilissima e molto disponibile

Consiglio di rinnovare pentole e posate Sostituire bastone della scopa Far controllare lo sciacquone del wc...esce poca acqua...per il resto tutto benissimo

Eccezionale soggiorno

La struttura ha una posizione strategica per visitare il centro. A due passi dal mini metro diretto al centro storico e a due passi dalla stazione. La gentilezza del proprietario Marco ha fatto il resto, persona accogliente e gentilissima che ci ha fatto sentire a casa

Casa Nadia una dolce sorpresa, camera silenziosa, il signor Marco host educato e disponibile

La posizione è veramente una chicca, vicino la stazione ferroviaria ed al Minimetro che in 5 minuti ti porta in centro Storico. Camera pulita e letto comodo, la stanza è silenziosissima (ho il sonno leggero), la cucina un vero surplus, la Coop è a tre minuti. Il signor Marco persona d’oro, educato e preciso nell’illustrarci le attrattive della zona. Ed una vera gioia la pasticceria sotto casa, credo si chiami Etrusca.

Cordialità, disponibilità, premura, pulizia, silenzio. Mi hanno fatto trovare una macchina all'arrivo del treno che mi ha portato all'appartamento che dista 2 o 300 metri dalla stazione. In casa anche snacks e macchina caffè in cialde.
