Superb
An old house without luxury….. BUT - a very low price in an expensive area. You get everything you pay for, and the description and pictures don´t lie. Inclusive free use of a GREAT pool (25 m) very clean and in a nice pool area with good space. The owner makes a great service, and supports you with answers to any question. Very nice communication - quick check in and -out. And not to forget…….. a short walk-distance to the center of Bardolino.

No lake views as promised from this appartment.
Only three general good things: 1. Bardolino is a nice town and a great place to visit; 2. The common swimming pool, although 300 m away from the appartment, is big, nice and clean; and 3. the area is fully gated and feels safe.
The negatives dominate: 1. Although mentioned on multiple places during the booking, this particular appartment has no lake view (the lake is visible 2 km away in the distance if one steps out from the driveway); 2. the shower head sprays water all over the tiny bathroom; 3. the appartment is old, tiny and run down; 4. the bedroom door hardly opens as it is blocked by the metal frame bed; 5. we had to pay 48 euros extra for bedlinen and towels which was not entirely clear during the booking process; and 6. the beds are rock hard and pillows feel like a slab of wood. Villagio Ideal is a stunning area. Beautiful houses and a big big pool, that can be used for free. It´s quite, and near to the center of Bardolino. The real highlight is Francesca, who cared about everything we needed. Ask for a good parking place in Verona, and get tons of hints, what to see, where to go and where to eat really good. We will come back. Thank you Francesca !!!

Leider gibt es keine Sonnenliegen, dann wäre die Wohnung/ Garten für einen Sommerurlaub Ideal.
