Amazing apartment, and perfect location.

The apartment is one of the nicest I have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, amazing facilities and the location is perfect. The pool which is just outside the front door is also amazing. Plenty of really nice sun loungers, really warm and clean.

The only downside was the lack of information from the host. There was no welcome pack with instructions on how to use various things. We had to figure it out ourselves. Also finding the place on the first place wasn’t easy as Google maps will not take you to the parking garage entrance.

Exceptional property in an ideal location

The very best accommodation with the highest standards. Everything was exceptional from communication with our host to ease of access. We were also able to store our luggage after checkout which was very helpful. The build quality of this property is excellent and everything worked as it should. The location is ideal - a short walk to the town and the bus terminal. This property is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Beautiful new apartment in the centre of Bardolino

Lovely new apartment in the perfect location with a beautiful swimming pool. Everything was very new and clean. The location was fantastic, only a 5 minute walk from the centre. There was also a lovely coffee shop across the road.

The only feedback I would give would be to have some information in the apartment on how to use the facilities such as air con, washing machine, where to leave rubbish etc and key on leaving.

Very new building with excellent quality. The apartment had everything to make a short or longer stay comfortable. Spacey bathroom, comfortable bed, excellent kitchen/living. And al the facilities for a longer stay and when you don't want to rely on external services all the time: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron and ironing board, plenty of space to store clothes en foodstuff. The terrace offers a nice place to relax. The apartment was very clean, the climate system worked perfectly (and silently!) and the area is relatively quiet.

Tolles Apparment in Bardolino in guter Lage und sehr nettem Vermieter.

Tolles, relativ neues Appartment in guter Lage in Bardolino, nur wenige Minuten fußläufig vom Zentrum. Ausstattung war hervorragend und super freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und deutschsprachiger Besitzer, der auch das Restaurant Divino in Bardolino betreibt (ebenfalls empfehlenswert). Im Grunde war alles wichtige an Equipment vorhanden, was man braucht. Trotz der Lage an der Gardesana war das im Erdgeschoß gelegene Appartment sehr ruhig. Auch der Pool der Appartmentanlage war sehr schön und groß genug. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich auch eine Bäckerei. Ebenfalls sehr gut war die abschließbare Einzelgarage in der Tiefgarage, die auch gut dimensioniert ist. Falls wir wieder in Bardolino Urlaub machen, würden wir das Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Bedienung der Geräte, z.B. der Klimanlage, hat sich nicht immer direkt erschlossen. Hier und da eine Anleitung wäre ggf. hilfreich, allerdings hat Fabio, der Besitzer immer umgehend reagiert, wenn wir mal nicht klar kamen. Insofern war das nicht wirklich ein Problem.

Modernes Apartment

- ruhige Lage - kurzer Weg ins Zentrum - schöner Pool im Innenhof - moderne Ausstattung - Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out

- Die Terrasse liegt direkt am Eingang der Wohnanlage. Leider ist keinerlei Sichtschutz vorhanden, sodass jeder freien Blick auf die Terrasse hat.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, sodass wir alles bequem erreichen konnten. Fabio ist ein wirklich hervorragender Gastgeber: freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Das Apartment war super ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super einfach geklappt. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Bisher unsere beste Unterkunft in Bardolino!

Super moderne Wohnanlage, welche zentral in Bardolino liegt. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man braucht und sofern man einen Wunsch hatte, hat sich gleich Fabio darum gekümmert. Sehr komfortables Check-in und Check-out. Es war sehr sauber, sehr modern eingerichtet und auf der Terrasse konnte man auf der tollen Liege, einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Toll war auch die abschließbare Einzelgarage, die man direkt mit dem Aufzug erreichen konnte. Fußläufig erreicht man schnell die Innenstadt und ist mitten im Geschehen. Schade, dass wir um diese Jahreszeit noch nicht den Pool nutzen konnten, der hätte das ganze noch abgerundet :-) Wir waren schon mehrmals in Bardolino und hier haben wir mit diesem Apartment wirklich mal einen Glückstreffer gemacht - danke, Fabio!

Das Hauptbett war etwas hart, vielleicht könnte man dies mit einem Topper etwas optimieren.
