Comfy bed. Very clean apartment.

Rather small for 2 x people having more than a 2 x night stay

The room was set out really nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was dirty down the sides of the shower. The toilet fill up was very slow. However, I would stay here again because of the location.

Shower sides were grimy.

The Studio is pleasant and I would use it again. It was clean and easy to gain access to. The area is quiet and very pleasant for an evening walk. Good location with lots of on-street parking available outside the property. About 800m from the train station. There are two very good pubs nearby that offer good food and beverage. The local area has some fascinating history that, although run-down, is worth exploring a little. Behind the property is the large, open, space of Irvine beach and parkland area for exercising, walking the dog, or watching the sunset. I certainly enjoyed staying here much more than a soulless hotel room.

No major grumbles to report. The ventilation is not great and so there is a definite smell of damp in the Studio, despite the windows being open. The fridge does 'work', but does not chill food to anywhere near the level required for the safe storage of food, or to chill a drink. Ideally it should be replaced. The toilet is very slow to fill and would benefit from a plumber looking at it. The pillows are pretty lumpy, it has to be said, and did not give as good a night's sleep as they could have. They need to be replaced. Bathroom roof really needs a fresh coat of paint to remove the damp marks. But again, none of the above would prevent me from using the Studio again as it was clean and a positive experience.

No utensils. I would of expected a studio apartment to have a better kitchen area. No knife, fork or spoon available other than a tea spoon for my tea. Had to buy plastic cutlery from the shop to eat my meal. Radiator didnt work
