4 Bed Villa, Sleeps 8, Disabled Friendly, East facing Pool/spa, 15 min to Disney

A Villa for wheelchair accessibility it’s ok. Maybe a bench in the shower would help. I had to put a poolside stool in to be able to shower. Not ideal but I managed. The Bug screen Around the pool area needs repairs as it lets bugs Mosquitoes and critters in the pool area. But for the faults it’s a fair. A roof over your head as you will probably spend days out and come back just to sleep before the next day out n about.

Had such a good time at this home peace and quiet. Well worth it next time around will definitely will be coming back to this property.

We came down to visit family with our 5 children. The house was great for all of us. The games were great for the older kids. (They are not in brand new condition, but I would not expect them to be.) Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the property.

The property layout was a good size but cooking area is limited. Kitchen was well stocked, but had disgusting food debris caked on a number of cooking items. Furniture had been “ dusted” but there was old food here too. Pool area was cramped. We were initially pleased because it was staged well but soon discovered it was quite dirty. We had rented the property for 2 months and spent 2 days scrubbing the disgusting floor tiles. There are artificial plants above the kitchen cupboards that have so much dust they look like they’re growing Spanish Moss. The house is in dire need of paint. Mattresses on queen beds need replacement as does the living room couch and chair. The ping pong table in the garage is so warped it should be removed. The shower head in the ensuite sprays right out the door so we ended up finding an inexpensive hand- held which we purchased to replace it. The lock on the door from that ensuite to outdoors was broken so we replaced that as well. The traffic on I-4 is ridiculous Always, so to say you can access Disney in 15-30 min is completely false. It took almost 2 hours to get from Orlando one day just in congestion alone, never mind any accidents, which incidentally were quite frequent at the Citrus Ridge intersection going into the subdivision. I pity the local homeowners who live across the street( very nice people) and to the left that have to tolerate the constant partying in the property on the right. At one point there were 7 cars parked on the property plus blocking the street. The property owner seems more concerned about his $$$ only than to actually spend money on having it property cleaned and updated. I would Not recommend this property or even stay in Davenport again due to it’s difficult accessibility to good shopping or Disney activities
