The space
Indoors boast an open plan feel with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom, sleeping a total of 12. The ideal house for a family vacation.
A fully screened private swimming pool with patio loungers and furniture to ensure our guests can relax and take full advantage of the Florida sunshine. Pool door alarms are included for child safety. Pool heat can be added to your stay for an additional fee. Home abuts cul-de-sac - so no rear neighbors behind you. Free parking on premises - 2 cars can park in the driveway.

Other things to note
Please note this is a self-catering villa. We start you off with a roll of toilet paper & a small soap in each bathroom. Also, a bin liner in each bin. After that guests purchase their own. Any cleaning supplies left by previous guests will be there for you to use. No parties/events, smoking nor pets please.

Smart home with top-of-the-line security system and door code entry. Pre-programmed codes of your choice for self-check-in with keypad. Check in after 4pm, Check out 10am.

Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Pool and spa heat (if applicable) can be added at a charge of $35 per day.

Vizcay is a small, quaint community, built in 2006, made up of 70 privately owned villas surrounded by conservation in a peaceful location just off the US27, 1 mile south of junction 55 on the I-4. The Disney theme parks can be reached in 15 minutes and Universal Studios, SeaWorld and International Drive can be reached in 25 minutes.

Vizcay is in Davenport just off the US27. It is just under 10 miles south of the US192 (also called W Irlo Bronsan Memorial Highway) and 1 mile past Posner Park outdoor shopping mall on the left.

The US192 is where you will also find Orlando’s newest water park, Island H2o Live! which is just 15 - 20 Minutes away and Kissimmee Old Town, with its Fun Spot attractions at just a 15 - 20 Minutes drive from here.

Attractions on International Drive, including Ripley’s, Wonderworks and Fun Spot America amusement park can be reached in about 25 - 30 Minutes.

The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 55 - 60 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 65 - 70 Minutes away to the west. Florida’s award-winning beaches, including Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona and Siesta Key, can all be reached in as little as 90 - 95 Minutes from here.
