This rental offers great value for the price, though it's showing a bit of wear and tear. I think updating the furniture every couple of years would really help spruce things up!The staff was very accommodating, but I did run into a few issues during my stay. I had some trouble registering my cars and had to pay a 35 fee for my grandchildren to enjoy the resort amenities. There were also a couple of minor hiccups, like a problematic door lock and the trash can not being emptied when I arrived. Oh, and one of the kitchen cabinet doors was broken.On the bright side, the house was very spacious, and the pool was clean and enjoyable! I did need to mop the floors a bit to get rid of some hair before feeling completely at home, but overall, I had a nice experience.roken.On the bright side, the house was very spacious, and the pool was clean and enjoyable! Like I stated.. the parking and the like of communication with the Security staff and Vacasa was the only bad experience that I had.

Sticky surfaces. Loose trash in the outside trash bin. Not our trash. Someone by the name if Charles was registered, which made receiving my entry pass into the main gate difficult. So I had to call to get myself added. Front door entey code was not valid. Had to call to get that updated too. Small issues, but issues none the less.
