About this villa rental
Our truly superior, 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom villa, is situated in the Westbury sub-division of Davenport, just south of the intersection of Interstate 4 (I4) and the US27.
This extensive, fully air-conditioned home, which will sleep up to 10 people. is tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The spacious, open plan, living area, with a two brand new 3 seat sofas, including a sleeper, is ideal for relaxing at the end of a long day – and deciding what to do tomorrow! Watch the large flat screen TV or a DVD, listen to some music or play a game of pool or table football in the brand new games' room. Of course there's always the x-box 360 to play on too.
There are two master bedrooms each with en-suite facilities. The master suite has a bed fit for a honeymoon suite: A four poster King size complete with full canopy. Twin vanities with bath and large shower. Direct access is available from this bathroom onto the pool deck area. Master suite two has a queen size bed with ensuite facilities including a large double shower enclosure. There are also two twin rooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. Disney bedding is available for the kids! All towels and bedding are provided for you including towels to take to the beach..
This very desirable holiday home is further enhanced by its own private, south facing, pool (Optional heating available) complete with pool side furniture and a covered lanai for outdoor eating as well as BBQ available to hire. It affords a very private spot to unwind and relax in the fabulous Florida sun.
A six seater, dining table off the living room, complements the breakfast table within the open plan kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen benefits from a large fridge/freezer and ice maker, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is a sizeable selection of plates, bowls and glasses for both indoor and outdoor use, cutlery, a full set of pans, in fact everything you need to create a meal should you feel like cooking.
There is also a washer and drier - so leave the washing to do itself while you relax and unwind.
Less than 20 minutes to being parked up at Walt Disney World, with Universal Studios (There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby including the NEW Posner Park shopping complex.
Other Florida attractions including Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are within easy driving distance. The beaches of both the Gulf and Atlantic Ocean Coasts can be reached withiin an hour or so.

This is a good place for a family to stay while they are spending time at Disney World.
This area is not good for walking to stores or parks. The traffic is also very busy and congested compared to other parts of Florida. The house itself is comfortable and well equipped for 6 to 8 people.

Beautiful home. The Pictures do not do this home justice! Very clean, plenty of towels, kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. TV in every room. We loved the fact it has two master suites, one for my mother-n-law . It was Nice to relax by the pool all day.
Check in, Communication with owner was easy and they were very responsive. We hope to return in the future for another stay.

Overall our experience was great. The house met our expectations. The pool was a bonus for my girls and niece. We did have trouble with the lizards around the pool and there was one in my girls bed hiding under the covers. There was also a black snake roaming near the pool so that was terrifying for the girls but it disappeared after a while. We really enjoyed the home, the location and cleanliness. I recommend this property to everyone and I look forward to renting this home again in the future.

We had an amazing vacation in Florida. Simbas Pride was exactly as described in the listing. We spent most of our time in the pool with our 6 year old granddaughter having a ball. Our only night out we went to ovation Bistro and bar and had a fabulous dinner. Thank you Simon for an amazing family vacation.
