About this house rental

A recently renovated detached house, located in a quiet area near the port of Locquémeau (300m), the beach (150m) and the coastal path. The dining room and living room offer a beautiful view of the port and the bay of Lannion.

The house has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor, two bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The garden is closed, with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.

You can visit nearby Lannion and its market at 10 km, the Pink Granite Coast at 15 km (Perros Guirec and Ploumanach), the Isle of Bréhat at 30 km, and take part in the numerous summer activities all over the coast.

The house is very well equiped, and offers enough space for six people. Perfectly located for walking, biking and time on one of the beaches.The owner lives close by and supported very quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Jolie maison dans laquelle on se sent bien. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La vue sur mer du salon (et de toutes les pieces) est extraordinaire et reposante. Belles balades avoisinantes surplombant ce petit village calme sans oublier son café du port très sympa. Bien positionnée pour visiter cette cōte de granite rose magnifique. Petites attentions charmantes du propriétaire à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons c’est certain!

Location idéale pour nos vacances, tant par l'hébergement que par sa situation géographique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très confortable et bien équipée, le propriétaire est fort sympathique et plein de bons conseils. Un coin de Bretagne a découvrir ou redécouvrir pour les amateurs de pêche à pied.

Site remarquable peu touristique, maison calme où tout est parfait avec vue imprenable, propriétaire charmant et discret, nous avons passé un séjour comme on osait à peine l'espérer car le soleil a même été présent.

Schönes Haus für 4-5 Personen. Toller Blick vom Esszimmer aufs Meer. Leider ist die Terrasse auf der Rückseite. Wohnzimmer nicht geeignet für 5 Personen da nur Terrassen Lounge Möbel, die sehr unbequem sind. Ansonsten aber gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten und sehr sauber.

SI le premier séjour n'avait été aussi idyllique, nous ne serions certainement pas retournés sur place. Si possible, il y aura un troisième séjour car le deuxième n'a pas démenti le premier. Lieu, toujours aussi charmant. Environnement magnifique et reposant. Maison : irréprochable avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et même plus. Idéalement située au calme, avec une très jolie vue sur mer. Hôte très accueillant. Vivement recommandé surtout poue les familles.

Ein äußerst freundlicher Vermieter, wunderschön in der Nähe von mehreren Stränden (fußläufig), eine große Wohnung und ein wunderbarer Blick beim Essen aufs Meer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, einziges Manko ist, dass es keinen Supermarkt mehr in der Nähe gibt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier herfahren.

Trédrez-Locquémeau est une bourgade absolument merveilleuse qui bénéficie d'une conjonction de facteurs propices aux vacances réussies : beauté du site, des plages non surchargées, des habitants des plus accueillants, des infrastructures sportives en libre accès, des ballades magnifiques, du calme, des alentours passionnants, de le nourriture saine à portée de main,... N’écoutez pas ceux qui disent qu’on ne peut pas se baigner dans ce coin : je suis extrêmement frileux et je me suis baigné quasiment tous les jours sur des plages paradisiaques qui n’ont rien à envier à celles des cartes postales. Cerise sur le gâteau, la maison était parfaite aussi bien pour sa beauté, son équipement, sa propreté, sa localisation ou la vue qu’elle offre et avec un propriétaire des plus agréables. De surcroît, la fraîcheur bretonne après la canicule parisienne a été très appréciée de tous. Sans doute parmi les plus belles vacances que j’ai passées.

Excellent séjour dans une très jolie maison. Propriétaire accueillant et chaleureux. Maison bien équipée et propre avec une très jolie vue sur le port de Locquémeau. Environnement calme et propice au repos et aux balades. Un accès internet aurait été un plus.
