About this villa rental

Ideally located, 200m from the beach, with private heated pool, single storey house on private plot of 1200m2.
Come and spend a holiday in a quiet area while enjoying the immediate proximity of the beaches and the best coastal paths (150m from the house). The house is located on the point of Armorique and surrounded by beaches. You can enjoy this independent villa of 110m2 with its heated swimming pool.
You will find all the shops in the center of Plestin Les Grèves at 3,5km. You can enjoy the Sunday morning market and the night market with local specialties on Tuesday. A wide choice of café / terrace and restaurant is available on Plestin Les Grèves and Locquirec (5 minutes by car).
For lovers of nautical activities, you can practice surfing with the 3 surf schools in Locquirec, sailing in the nautical center of Plestin Les Grèves and Locquirec. There are two kite surf spots in Locquirec 5 minutes by car.

Great Holiday. Perfect location, within walking distance of a small beach, and not too far by car to Plestin Les Greves. Ideal for visiting the coastal towns by car or cycle and great restaurents along the way. Highly recommend

Lovely villa, comfortable and well equipped in great location. Peaceful location, short walk to the beach and only 5 min drive to local town with choice of supermarkets. Kids loved the heated pool and were in there every day. Would book again.

Really lovely place, lovely heated pool, very clean and spacious, great that bed linen and towels were provided, fantastic base to explore brittany. Local town (5 minute drive) had a good selection of food shops, great sunday market. Beach was 2 minute walk and it was beautiful. Michel the owner was great, really good communication before we arrived and so friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Visited for two week with my husband, 2 daughters and their partners and my 3 year old grandchild. What a beautiful house and pool. Very spacious and ideal for 6 adults! Everything you could possibly need in the house. Comfortable beds , spotlessly clean. Fantastic pool. Short walk to beach and short drive to beach bar and several other seaside villages and beauty spots. Ideal location. Michel , the host, couldn’t have been any nicer and helpful. No problem at all to contact him. I would definitely recommend it and would love to visit again

Second visit to this property in the last 3 years and it didn't disappoint. Wonderful house with all we needed for our stay, great quiet location (apart from our kids), pool is excellent and host was very helpful if needed as always.

We had a lovely stay here this week. The house has everything you need. Sadly the weather was bad but we managed to go in the pool one day which was lovely and warm. We also swam at the beach at the end of the road (a few mins walk). A fabulous beach, always very quiet and lovely clear water for swimming. Visited the rose granite coast one day which was simply stunning and the Île de Batz which was beautiful too. Did some lovely walks along the coast paths too. A very relaxing week. Michel the host was brilliant and responded really quickly to a few queries we had. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay, the house is well equipped although we did need to get essentials such as toilet roll and washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets. The pool was great for the 4 young boys. The walks at the bottom of the road are stunning as are some of the local restaurants.

Une semaine en juillet à 4adultes et 2enfants en bas âge : cette maison a fait l'unanimité. Nous sommes tous ravis de la qualité de l'accueil, de l'emplacement, de l'équipement (très très complet, notamment en terme d'équipement en cuisine, d'équipement pour enfant et de linge de maison), et surtout de l'hygiène! Aucune zone d'ombre selon nous. Environ très calme. La piscine est superbe. Bref parfait!!

Beaucoup de défaillance dans cette maison: - chauffage piscine en panne. Deux jours pour chauffer à 23degrés (sur 6 jours sur place) - piscine pas très propre à notre arrivée - jardin pas tondu - lave vaisselle en panne - un volet roulant en panne - machine à laver capricieuse - une prise de courant murale avec mauvais contact - le propriétaire est venu plusieurs fois sans demander ni même prévenir.

nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines dans cette maison ! Spacieuse, tout confort, bien équipée, au calme, grand jardin, à 2 pas d'une petite plage (et à 5min en voiture d'autres plages plus grandes), GR34 en bas de la rue, et sans oublier la piscine qui a fait la joie de toute la famille (petits et grands). Merci au propriétaire, aussi gentil que disponible, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

belle ,propriété , une belle grande piscine , de grands espaces extérieurs , 4 grandes chambres et grand living . Maison très complète . Seul bémol , vu qud même le prix payé , le mobilier en général devient vieux et un renouvellement de certains meubles n'est pas un luxe (divan surtout )

La location est conforme aux photos et au descriptif de l’annonce. La petite plage accessible à pied est très typique et reposante, notamment en soirée. La piscine est très agréable et le logement très bien équipé. Nous avons communiqué très facilement avec le propriétaire. La situation géographique permet de découvrir de nombreux sites touristiques sans faire trop de route. Le centre ville propose les commerces essentiels ( notamment une très bonne poissonnerie), mais il faut prévoir un véhicule pour s’y rendre.
