The property was nice and comfortable

On website we asked for a two bedroom, didn’t see it was on the 3rd floor which was very hard for us being senior citizens and should be predominantly stated first on your add. Also no local tv on main tv and bedroom tv did not work, also had to buy batteries for main tv remote.

The location of the condo to the beach was great!

The back sliding door needs to be repaired. Hard to open

We loved being able to see the water from the balcony and once the bar closed down, we could hear the waves. It was an easy walk to the water, which was nice. The unit was REALLY clean! The bathroom and kitchen didn't need any more attention!! The bed was comfy, and all the necessary supplies were available... I loved seeing the beach towels there too.. although we brought and used our own.

The 10 digit code to get in was obnoxious. The front door does not latch without the deadbolt. The sliding glass door to the balcony doesn't slide due to rusted out rollers. The remote wall holders were broken, a cracked glass in the cabinet, and missing baseboard next to the door were minor things, but should be remediated along with the sliding glass door. It took us climbing up the stairs and checking the numbers on the door in order to get to the correct unit. These could be better marked, or addressed in the listing. I only like to leave messages here that the owners (not usually nearby) to know what's going on with their space.
