Welcome! Thank you for checking out our little coastal retreat! Proudly managed by our family!
This furnished condo has been a great place for us to share with friends and family, and we hope you will enjoy it too! Our condo features a large open living/dining/kitchen area, one bedroom, and one bath (with tub). Our first-floor location offers two outdoor patios- one shaded at the front entry for relaxing and one sunny area off the living room great for drying beach towels, swimsuits, etc. There is a pool right around the corner in our complex with a shaded cabana!
This condo sleeps 4. There is a queen bed in bedroom (Serta iComfort mattress set) and an inflatable double mattress is provided for additional guests. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to pre-make the air mattress and we will have it ready for your arrival! Otherwise, additional linens will be in master closet. If you have more than 4 guests, please contact us for a possible exception to this policy.
Our kitchen is stocked with everything you should need for your stay, including a traditional coffee maker and tea kettle, toaster, blender, pots, pans, and basic kitchen tools. Stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, will make your stay easy and convenient. Something missing? We live close by and can accommodate reasonable requests!
This home is also equipped with TV with basic cable and internet in the living room. There is also a small TV in the bedroom, but it is not able to be connected to cable (you can connect your devices if you would like to use it). Board games, books, and puzzles are available if you would like to "unplug" for your stay!
Our property will also include bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, sunscreen, and a first aid kit. Extra linens for all beds, bath towels, washcloths, beach towels, and sunscreen will also be furnished. Stackable clothes washer and dryer is also in the condo for your convenience with detergent.
Our condo is pet-friendly! Well-behaved pets are welcome! It's easy to take them out with this first-floor unit. Doggie clean-up bags are provided. There is also a collapsible wire dog crate in the closet if you prefer to leave yours at home. Due to a recent increase in damage caused by visitor's pets, we do charge a pet fee of $100/stay. Thank you for understanding!

Truly an awesome place that was perfect to celebrate my 25th birthday! So close to the beach, and such an easy walk. We got to bring our fur baby to the beach for the first time, which was even better this condo was so accommodating for her. Highly recommend staying here!! We definitely will be back. Very clean, well stocked, well taken care of condo;) host communicates well! Great experience!

A block from beach. Easy walk. If drive there is a parking lot free. Also a cement boardwalk if don’t want to walk on beach. Restaurant right there also. I had the shrimp. Was excellent.
