This property is located in the heart of North Padre Island adjacent to the beautiful and challenging Island Golf Course and a Beach. If there is a golfer in your group, be prepared to sidestep the abundance of wildlife from hares to Herons.
This condo has recently been completely renovated to give you an 'island experience'.
All are new appliances (including washer and dryer) for you convenience ensuring a wonderful vacation time.
This (1) bedroom / 1,5 Bath spacious condo also has a pull-out queen sofa bed to allow for comfortable sleeping for up to (4) adults.
This over-sized island condo has a 55'W flat screen TV, 'island palm' ceiling fans and a great water view from your door and windows.
When the weather is warm enough, there is a wonderful complex pool for everyone to enjoy.
While you’re visiting, there are many activities to take advantage of. Guided fishing tours in the pristine Laguna Bay system and for those with a real adventure hunger; you can travel back into Baffin Bay. This is probably the most natural and isolated bay anywhere along the southern Gulf Coast!
The (15) miles of white sand beaches that separate North Padre Island from Port Arkansas offer many areas for family's and tourists to walk along and search for many unusual shells to the more common and plentiful sand dollars.
Miles and miles of clean beach await you and your group!
For a change of pace, a quick trip to Port Arkansas offers many shops and restaurants for those looking for coastal souvenirs and gourmet food. You can even rent your own golf cart and scoot around the beach or shops!
Back on North Padre you'll have your own local restaurants with sports bars, bistros and sushi.
Horseback riding is available on the beach with horses for beginners to those with more skill and experience.
This truly is an area along the coast that time seems to have forgotten....... but not for long.
Schlitterbahn is coming and in a big way. To be precise, this condo will be centrally located between the golf course and the future Schlitterbahn park.

This place was perfect in every way! Really loved the cute decor!! Enjoyed the pool being close by and the dock area steps away from the front door! The place was well stocked, clean, cool, and the bed was extremely comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!!

Well the condo is nice and cozy. There were a few things that could have been better. The sink in the bathroom and the first floor worked it just took 20 minutes for the water to drain and it took 20 minutes for the toilet to fill in that same bathroom. Other than that I really don’t have any complaints except for the fact that the owner sent me a text telling me I needed to have the jetski and boat removed from the property and that there was an investigation being done on the person that owned the boat and that the cops had been called as well. The owner didn’t call and talk to me first and see if I knew the people that owned it she just threatened me that charges were going to be filled in my for damage the boat had done to the dock. I don’t know the people that weee parked there and the owner didn’t talk to me before accusing me of knowing them and giving them permission to park there, in which I did not. I had no idea who they were. She apologized AFTER the fact, but I was still upset about how it all went down.

Property was just okay, my main issue was the cleanliness/lack of attention to detail of the property. Knowing that there is a cleaning fee for each stay, I had the expectation of cleanliness. The sheets on the bed were visibly soiled, but the bed was properly made, which was confusing to say the least. There is a washer and dryer in the property so we did remove the bedding and put them in the wash even though there is a note, not to. Sorry not sorry. The half a bath upstairs also seemed to have urine on the toilet seat, I had hopes that is was a stain, but sadly it wiped away with very little effort and a few squares of toilet paper. The stage was then set for the remainder of the trip not to trust the cleanliness of anything in the home, which only lead us to notice every neglected area if the home. We weren't expecting perfect or brand new, just clean and maintained. Also, walking distance from the beach is a STRETCH...
You would most likely need to drive or rent a golf cart.
