This private, gated gem is located in the heart of Southampton, tucked away in the downtown core. This unique space has spacious grounds and gardens, yet is a five minute walk to the lake beach front. Situated on the main strip, it offers easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, kayak rentals, the museum and more.
Tasteful decor, rounded walls, gas fireplace, pine floors, fully equipped kitchen, BB-Q, fire pit & parking. Bath & hand towels, blankets provided. Bed linens ( top, fitted queen sheets, pillow cases not supplied ). Public internet is usually avaliable. The master bedroom is air-conditioned.
No pets / No smoking inside.

The apartment was exactly what the pictures looked like. It was very easy accessing and Robert was always available to get a hold of. The location is fantastic as it is on the main street and about a 5 minute walk to the lake. The only issue we had was the listing stated that there was wifi and there is not. We had to use the library and it just did not connect well and didn't stay on. Also the tv does not work because there is no wifi which was unfortunate as it rained one night and it would have been nice to watch a movie. Also you have to bring your own linens which was not a problem, just know that when booking. Other than that everything was great. Very clean and cozy place.

Overall an amazingly positive expressive in a very romantic beach side town. A couple hiccups in our stay were immediately handled with a phone call to the owner who made things right by us. We're both looking forward to booking the same place in the near future.

This apartment is in an incredible location. It is next to a bakery, bike shop, and library. It is easy walking distance to the beach, several restaurants, and a coffee shop. We stayed for a week and did a lot of wonderful gravel biking, hiking, and paddle boarding. The host, Rob, was lovely and his communications were clear. The apartment was comfortable with great lighting, AC in the bedroom, and was very clean. Would love to stay again!

We arrived at this Cottage in Southampton on the 17th and left on the 20th.PROS *Close to the beach, restaurants and main strip*Inside Cottage was clean*Parking was FreeCONS*Construction woke us up every morning at 7:45 am*Musty oder inside cottage, opening windows helped*Bathroom tap had hardly any water coming out*Internet, spotty at best. Tv not working for 2 days..Very frustrating as it rained one whole day, and nothing to do but go on our ipads.*Backyard, full of leaves and not cleaned.
