The Studio Southampton

Die Gastgeber waren fantastisch! Wir haben sie sehr gut kennengelernt und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Mary und Murray haben uns immer ein besonders liebevolles Frühstück zu bereitet, uns Ausflugstipps gegeben und hatten das beste Strandequipment für uns im petto. Es war einfach großartig!

Das wir so wenig Zeit hatten

Our stay with Murray and Mary was phenomenal. Their home interior looks like it is out of a magazine, and everything was so thoughtfully decorated and set up for a wonderful, comfortable visit. Their breakfast is just PERFECT. We felt properly spoiled each morning, and it was lovely getting to know them while we ate. The location is great. There are restaurants, stores and a great little bakery all within a few minutes, and Bruce Peninsula with it's beautiful hiking and scenery is very accessible from their location. They were very respectful of our privacy while we were in their 'suite', and there were so many thoughtful little extras included, such as water, snacks, bathrobes and nightlights everywhere to find your way around in the night. Our bed was very comfortable so we slept well after a day of hiking. We would LOVE to come back again.

NOTHING. It was perfect just as is.

We enjoyed a fresh, varied, healthy selection of foods for breakfast each morning. We had interesting conversations and had many things in common. The accommodations were clean, stylish and very comfortable. All our needs were met and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were many extras as well.

Notre séjour de trois nuits au Studio fut un pur moment de bonheur. Accueil chaleureux de Murray qui nous aide à transporter nos bagages. Visite du B'n'B vaste, impeccable, moderne agrémenté des superbes photos de Murray. Des cadeaux ont été déposés à notre intention sur le lit King size super confortable. Accueil tout aussi souriant de Mary. Succulents petits-déjeuners variés et copieux avec de savoureux bagels épicés entre autres. Nous avons eu la chance d'être invités à la table familiale pour le dîner de Thanksgiving où nous avons vécu l'expérience extraordinaire d'une tradition canadienne populaire. Un moment d'échange et de partage cordiaux que nous n'oublierons pas. Nous avons eu le sentiment de faire partie de la famille. Par ailleurs The Studio est idéalement situé pour partir à la découverte de la péninsule de Bruce à condition d'avoir une voiture. Très bon petit restaurant Thaï à 5 minutes en voiture. Et très belles promenades le long du lac Huron où l'on peut admirer le coucher de soleil. Ce fut un séjour enchanteur où tout était parfait. The Studio mérite définitivement une note de 11 sur 10 !
