The house and room were beautiful, clean and well appointed.
The rooms on the back of the house were a bit noisy, as there was some kind of event center or party house next-door with loud karaoke and partying, etc.

春香湖南岸山坡上，房间有阳台，可看湖光设色。离地标性建筑林园广场走八分钟，离著名的夜市也不远。特别要提及的是这家民宿老板夫妇都非常热情亲切，尽可能提供一切便利，同时在可能情况下早入住晚退房，延长客人对房间的使用时间，特别感动。老板女儿英文很好，协助交流和解决了不少问题.总之特别庆幸在大叻选择住在这里，性价比超高，绝对推荐！

Les hôtes étaient trop mignons et très gentils. Ils sont serviables et arrangeants merci à eux d’avoir contribué à notre fabuleux séjour.

Friendly family and home made chocolate on departure.
Location a bit out the way. Bed is a personal preference but very, very firm! Shower temperature almost impossible to control, either scalding hot or cold. Bedding was old and not the cleanest, and general room cleanliness was very poor. Room needs maintenance. In their defence, the rooms on the first floor looked much better.
