Easy to get grab, have lift, away from city so not too noisy at night, near kampung melayu for food coz hotel does not have breakfast ( less than a minute walk)

Expect some language barrier, use apps to communicate. Pros : near to halal shop, new facilities, have lift, good consistent hot shower available, have balcony, clean Cons : balcony connect 3 rooms per floor, so lock ur balcony if ur neighbours are strangers, but for family like us, it is very convenient to move around rooms coz they have no connective doors, bed slightly hard

1. False promises. We booked on Agoda with a clear check-in time of 12:00, but upon arrival we were firmly told we had to wait until 14:00. At 13:00 they said we could check in, but when we went upstairs, the room was completely uncleaned — trash on the floor, messy beds, and water all over the sink. We had to call housekeeping again, and didn't actually get in until 14:00. The promised welcome fruit never showed up either. 2. Poor hygiene. I watched the cleaner work, but the room still had dead mosquitoes and hair on the floor, water stains and mold on the sink, and a thick layer of dust inside the toothbrush cups. Absolutely disgusting. 3. Terrible facilities. No air conditioning — just a fan that squeaked loudly. It was too noisy to sleep with it on, but too hot to sleep with it off. Even worse — NO HOT WATER!! We couldn't even take a proper shower! And the water pressure from the showerhead kept going up and down, on and off. This doesn't even meet basic accommodation standards. 4. Rude front desk and language barrier. We booked well in advance and informed them we'd arrive early, asking them to keep the door for us. But when we got there, no one answered the front desk phone. We ended up standing outside feeding mosquitoes. We had to knock hard on the gate before an elderly lady finally came out. She was cold and unfriendly, and on top of that — she spoke absolutely no English. For a hotel that markets itself to international guests, not having a single English-speaking staff member at the front desk is simply unacceptable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
